Congratulations to Olongapo City National High School (OCNHS) – Special Program in the Arts, for an outstanding triumph at the DULANSANGAN 2023 – 5th Ulo ng Apo Festival on December 30, 2023. Not only did the school secure the Champion award, but it also clinched “Best in Costume” and “Best in Choreography.”

Under the guidance of teachers Ms. Helen Joyce Aggabao and Mr. Andy Villaflor Balbas, OCNHS showcased exceptional teamwork and skill. Credit also goes to Ms. Lovella Montilijao, SPA Coordinator, for fostering a creative environment.

Dr. Roderick Tadeo, Principal IV, expressed pride in the students’ achievements, emphasizing the school’s commitment to nurturing both academic and artistic excellence.
