SPTVE is a special curricular program that provides the complete development of the individual as a total person equipped with technical-vocational and academic competencies, proper work ethic and desirable values that will make the learner economically stable, responsible, law-abiding, productive and competitive in the world of work. It provides opportunities for Junior High School students to acquire the necessary skills and
competencies, and qualifications to empower them for further specialization in Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) courses in Senior High School.
